{"id":1613,"date":"2022-06-27T11:04:19","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T11:04:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacionparentes.org\/?p=1613"},"modified":"2024-09-12T15:53:40","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T15:53:40","slug":"parentes-foundation-visits-liziba-and-bozindo-schools-in-congo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundacionparentes.org\/en\/parentes-foundation-visits-liziba-and-bozindo-schools-in-congo\/","title":{"rendered":"Parentes Foundation visits Liziba and Bozindo schools in Congo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last week the team of <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionparentes.org\/en\/\">Parentes Foundation<\/a> travelled to Kinshasa &#8211; <strong>Congo<\/strong> &#8211; to meet with the directors of the <strong>Liziba<\/strong> and <strong>Bozindo<\/strong> schools and learn first hand about the current situation of both educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During this trip, <strong>Parentes Foundation<\/strong> also held strategic meetings with AFEDI (African Associaton for the Education and Training). A non-profit association that manages the activities of both schools.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Supporting schools in <strong>Africa<\/strong> is one of the objectives of Parentes International Educational Network. Promote initiatives of a social and cooperative nature for the development of the education sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this sense, the Education Network will offer support to <strong>Liziba<\/strong> and <strong>Bozindo<\/strong> in financial management, as well as other areas related to teacher and management training, development of educational projects and communication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An important milestone was the visit to the land acquired to build and relocate <strong>Bozindo<\/strong> school close to <strong>Liziba<\/strong> school.
