The advantage of growing is that we have more aspects to learn together. Last Saturday, April 24, an International Conference for Teachers took place, with the title &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/543150920\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Response to current challenges in education<\/a>.&#8221; This virtual event was organized by the<strong>\u00a0Educational Network<\/strong> and <strong>Los Pinos School<\/strong> in Quito, Ecuador, since both institutions seek to respond to the current challenges of online education.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a result of the current pandemic situation, the lack of certainty in the educational field has become even more pressing for many countries. This event had approximately 200 attendees from more than 70 schools in <strong>Ecuador, Colombia and Spain<\/strong>, who had the opportunity to attend the keynote talk <b>&#8220;Neuroeducation to attract attention&#8221;<\/b>, a topic applicable to current times taught by the prestigious educational consultant and professor of the <strong>Neuropsychology and Education Master at UNIR<\/strong>, <strong>Chema L\u00e1zaro<\/strong>. Chema is also <strong>Co-founder of NIUCO Educaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a company in the educational sector, which bases his professional activity on the transformation and accompaniment of educational entities in search of a methodological change, based on the precepts of neurodidactics.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference was closed by <strong>Andr\u00e9s Ayala<\/strong>, clinical psychologist from the <strong>Universidad Hemisferios in Quito<\/strong>, with the keynote address <b>&#8220;Recovering the Student&#8217;s Gaze&#8221;<\/b>, a closing that allowed attendees to reaffirm their passion for teaching and, above all, responsibility commitment that means accompanying the student closely.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"padding: 56.25% 0px 0px; position: relative; text-align: justify;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" title=\"Chema L&aacute;zaro en las Jornadas para profesoras del Colegio Los Pinos\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/543150920?badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Parentes Educational Network is getting bigger and bigger.
