Description: Asociación Civil AYNI is a non-profit association dedicated to generating opportunities, facilitating access to technology, and strengthening capacities, so that people in rural and peri-urban areas improve their quality of life.
The CEFIM Technical Institute is a technical training centre in gastronomy that offers training to young migrant women from rural areas of Bolivia and poor women from the cities of La Paz and El Alto.
The Parentes Foundation collaborates with the AYNI Civil Association in an educational project that aims to enrich the educational offer provided by the CEFIM Technical Institute. This project consists of the technical education of young women (between 18 and 40 years old) in the area of services, thanks to the implementation of a DUAL training system that alternates studies in the educational centre and work in a company, giving them the possibility of access to a dignified and well-paid job, and providing them with real recognition in the social sphere.
