The school, which was financed by Parentes Foundation for its construction, has received an award thanks to the fact that 100% of its 6th and 8th grade students have passed the exam at national level.

In the photo, you can see the moment of the award ceremony. From right to left, the headmaster of the school; Sister Kaki, superior of the community and initiator of the project; the Head of Education of Asela; the Head of Education of Sagure; another sister of the community.

Sagure is located in the southeast of Ethiopia, in the Oromia region, at a distance of 190 kilometres from the capital Addis Ababa, and has a population of about 10,000 inhabitants. Ethiopia is the second most populous country in Africa with 90 million inhabitants, second only to Nigeria.

In this city, a school was built, financed by Parentes Foundation, which is attended by more than 350 students and managed by the Missionaries of the Holy Rosary, a religious order present in Nigeria, Cameroon and Sierra Leone.
